Field Service and Bench Repairs

When you purchase equipment from Marktec, you also obtain “peace of mind” when you need service support.

We support our customers with prompt, quality, and professional repair services, performed by factory trained and authorized field service technicians. We accept our responsibility to obtain factory training and refresher training for field service technicians and field sales representatives seriously and invest thousands of dollars each year to receive training on new equipment and update training on existing equipment.

Our technical support includes bench repairs at Marktec, field service at customer locations, and preventative maintenance programs which can prevent line downtime. This service is backed up with comprehensive quality of parts-in-stock, rental equipment if your equipment cannot be repaired at your location or if you have a short-term need, and years of knowledge. We invest in demonstration equipment to enable you to “try before you buy” in many instances.

We offer field service for your inkjet printing and labeling equipment. Our field services include: responding to equipment repair needs, bring equipment to get you going instantly, providing rental equipment for repairs that will take longer, and bringing parts to do many repairs on-site after we arrive. We can provide service during normal Marktec business hours, evenings, early AM hours before lines start up, and on weekends. After hour and weekend service does add to cost but – it is available when you need it which can eliminate production line downtime!

Bench repairs at Marktec save you time and money. We repair printers, printheads, and modular components all the time, usually in one day. We provide a quote for your repair authorization, as standard procedure.

We now offer full maintenance labor agreements on many makes and models. We offer both flat rate and per occurrence programs for repair labor to replace wear parts and damaged components. (Parts are extra).

PM Service Contracts: Service Contracts are available for customers with multiple equipment, customers who desire scheduled PM services, and customers who may desire to utilize our technical services instead of utilizing their own mechanics, due to shortages of customer technical personnel. We can design almost any type and frequency of service you desire. We can offer flat rate contracts, guaranteed labor hours and rates per trip at affordable pricing.
