We offer case tapers for both uniform size and random size boxes, as well as fully automatic models where no operator is needed. Case sealers are available with durable painted, powder-coated 12-gauge steel, or stainless steel for wash down and moist environments, ideal for dairies, food processors, and pharmaceutical environments.
Uniform Case Sealers
Eastey BB-2 Bottom Belt Case Sealer
BB-2 offers fast and easy case changes with adjustable side rails and flexibility ranging from 5˝ to infinite box length. BB-2 is also able to seal cases ranging from 6˝ to 21˝ in width, as well as 4˝ to 20.5˝ in depth. Adjustments can be made on the fly with easy hand tighten knobs on a single mast design. BB-2’s open design is also perfect for integration with ink jet printers where coding is required on boxes.
Eastey BB-2/SS Stainless Steel Bottom Belt Case Sealer
BB-2/SS offers fast and easy case changes with adjustable side rails and flexibility ranging from 4.5˝ to infinite box length. BB-2/SS is also able to seal cases ranging from 4.5˝ to 22.5˝ in width, as well as 4˝ to 25.5˝ in depth. Adjustments can be made on the fly with easy hand tighten knobs on a single mast design. A single drive motor and aggressive drive belts will move your boxes and stand up to your toughest challenges. BB-2/SS is also perfect for integration with ink jet printers where coding is required on boxes.

Eastey SB-2EX Auto Uniform Case Sealer
The SB-2EX Auto will accept cartons from a powered conveyor and will automatically close the top carton flaps. A rugged stainless steel plow folds down the front panel, while a rear kicker folds down the trailing minor flap prior to the major flaps being folded. The SB-2EX Auto automatically meters cartons with a photo eyed controlled gating system. Top squeezing rollers help keep the major flaps together while keeping the carton square prior to tape application
SB-2EX Auto offers fast and easy case changes and flexibility for boxes 5” to 24” in length. The adjustable hand cranks can be moved to either side of the machine and allow for quick carton change over. This feature allows you to locate either side against a wall, while being able to maintain control of the adjustments from the opposite side. SB-2EX Auto utilizes Eastey’s EX Quick-Load top and bottom tape cartridges and will seal boxes as narrow as4.5” wide and as low as 4.5” tall.
Eastey Easy Packer Side Belt Case Sealing System
Designed with the customer in mind, the Easy Packer is supplied with extended side rails, flap closing bars, and a 48” anvil packing station (not shown) to assist with the packing and sealing process. Operation is simple: open the case and manually fold the bottom front and back minor flaps and place case on the anvil to be filled. Once filled, the operator pushes down and holds the top trailing minor flap while the box enters the machine to be sealed.

The SB-2HD’s side belts are great for light or heavyweight, narrow or small boxes. The system is ideal for void fill cases where the packaged product does not support the box. SB-2HD is designed to handle boxes that most other case tapers can’t.
SB-2HD offers fast and easy case changes with adjustable side rails and flexibility for boxes 4.5” long and greater. Adjustments can be made on the fly with easy hand tighten knobs and cranks. SB-2HD utilizes Easy-Taper Quick-Load top and bottom tape cartridges and will seal boxes as narrow as 4” wide and as low as 2” tall, where most standard case tapers are only able to tape at a depth of 3” or greater. The SB 2HD can be supplied to operate from left to right at no additional cost, and does not require air to run.
Eastey SB/TB-2 Side Belt & Top Belt Case Sealer
SB/TB offers fast and easy case changes and flexibility for boxes 4.75” in length and greater. Adjustments can be made on the fly with easy hand tighten knobs and cranks. SB/TB utilizes Easy-Taper Quick-Load top and bottom tape cartridges and will seal boxes as large as 27.5” wide and as tall as 27.5”, offering the user more options for their case taping operation.

SB/TB utilizes a dual mast with twin lead screws for greater tape head stability, and an adjustable side belt drive to center each case. The unit also features top compression rollers to stabilize the case and push the top flaps together, making it a great solution for over-filled and over-sized cases.

Random Case Sealers
Eastey SB-2EX Random Side Belt Case Sealer
The SB-2EX Random’s side belts are great for heavy weight, narrow, or small boxes. It is ideal for void-fill random cases where the packaged product does not support the box. SB-2EX Random is designed to handle boxes that most other case tapers can’t.
SB-2EX Random utilizes easy to load top and bottom tape cartridges and will seal boxes as narrow as 4.5” wide and as low as 4.5” tall. Side rail and tape head height adjustments are made automatically on the fly as soon as the case is presented to the automatic sensors. In addition, the SB-2EX Random comes equipped with a memory function that adjusts to the maximum box depth. This eliminates full travel of the tape head and reduces wear on the machine.
