Manufacturers warranty equipment, (not distributors). Distributors perform warranty service on a local basis in accordance with warranty guidelines, to provide the fastest possible service to customers.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials within a given time frame, when the equipment or product is used within the specified operating environment and in accordance with its intended use. Warranties do not cover damage, abuse, problems that occur due to a failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
