Open Account Terms: 1.5% 10 Days, Net 30 days after date of shipment from shipping point (factory or Marktec) for standard supply items and for technical services, for accounts in good credit standing with Marktec.

Credit card purchases required for new accounts prior to credit approval and non-approved accounts. There is no cash discount allowed for credit card purchases.

Special Payment Terms for custom supply and colors.
Custom items are not returnable.

Equipment and custom supply items: 50% Down, 50% Upon Shipment from the factory, etc. for custom items and standard equipment orders over $4000.00.

Special Payment terms may apply for special introductory and special sale offers.

FOB: Factory (whether shipped from Marktec or a factory) All shipping charges are billable.

Crating, Special Double Wall Shipping Cases, foam inserts, etc. charges may apply for equipment shipments requiring special packaging, including repair equipment. This will be quoted to you if applicable.

Restocking Policy and Fee: No items may be returned for credit without a written and completed "Returned Goods Authorization" form from Marktec. A 10% restocking fee will apply to standard items approved for return in addition to restocking fees of the manufacturer.

Warranties: Marktec warrants its repair labor against defects in workmanship for 62 days after the date of shipment or service performed on-site, whichever occurs first.

Equipment Warranties for new equipment vary by make, model, and manufacturer. Equipment warranties are stated on each customer invoice. Refer to the Warranty section under Technical Services for further information.
