After 5 Telephone Support “After 5” is not just a cologne, it’s also the name of a valuable technical support function from Marktec to help you keep your production line marking equipment running. We know that many facilities operate two and three shifts a day, five to seven days a week. We can provide technical service at your facility seven (7) days a week to support you. We come by a pre-arranged appointment and for emergency calls. Overtime hours will apply before 8 AM, after 5 PM including drive time, and on weekends and Marktec holidays. If you have a specific need such as a printer down condition, periodic PM service, new line start-up, or overhaul of your equipment during vacation shut down please call us. We will be delighted to be of service. Some of our suppliers also have after hour and weekend telephone service. |
